Description
No. 37 from Czerny's late pedagogical set, the "40 Daily Exercises," is notably long for the collection at 79 seconds with 1,416 notes. Maintaining a steady tempo and unbroken musical flow all the way through tests real stamina. Placed near the end of the 40-piece set, it also carries something of the character of a culmination of the practice that came before. Though rated intermediate, sustained concentration is the key challenge here.
Forty intermediate-level daily studies by Czerny, suited for everyday practice of a variety of techniques.
