Description

In the second variation, the decorative sixteenth-note figuration shifts to the left hand, reversing the roles of the two hands. With the right hand now supporting the melody, this variation demands a different sense of balance and is useful for developing evenness between both hands.

Mozart's most famous piano sonata, consisting of a theme-and-variations first movement, a minuet, and the celebrated "Turkish March."
