Description
This is No.1 from Czerny's "160 Eight-Measure Exercises," Op.821. True to its title, it fits an entire technical challenge into just eight measures, 17 seconds, and 152 notes, designed for repeated practice so a specific movement becomes second nature. It exemplifies Czerny's practical, purpose-built approach to etudes.
A set of 160 short studies by Czerny, each condensed into just eight measures so a single technical point can be worked on quickly. Their brevity makes them well suited to beginners building basic piano technique efficiently.
