Description
A Menuet from BWV 1006a, a keyboard arrangement of the solo violin Partita No. 3 in E major, BWV 1006. This graceful courtly dance in triple meter takes the original violin melody and adds harmony and a bass line suited to the keyboard. It is paired with Menuet II and has a light, approachable character.
