Description
This little prelude belongs to Bach's collection of small preludes and is also found in the notebook for his son Wilhelm Friedemann. Though pedagogical in character, aimed at developing both finger independence and musical expression, it offers satisfying harmonic movement. At about a minute and a half, it suits intermediate players building a foundation in counterpoint.
