Description

A Siciliano by the German composer August Eberhard Müller, written in the traditional style of this gently swaying Italian dance. Cast in a slow 6/8 meter with characteristic dotted rhythms, the piece is brief, lasting under a minute. At an intermediate level, it rewards a natural feel for the dance's lilting pulse and late-Classical lyricism.

A broad collection of standalone piano pieces not belonging to any specific set, offering hundreds of varied character pieces to explore and compare.
