Description
The Op.37 nocturnes pair a weighty minor-key piece with a gentler, barcarolle-like companion in major mode. The latter in particular features a wave-like left-hand accompaniment that must flow evenly beneath a continuously singing right-hand melody. Together they form a polished, advanced-level pairing within Chopin's nocturne output.

Frédéric Chopin (1810-1849)
